Adriano Belisário has graduated in Communication by Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and develops research and projects of free culture, open technology and independent media.
OCTO-P7C-1 Intertubular Pneumatic Packet Distribution System was transmediale 2013's Official Miscommunication Platform. Last December, during the 30C3 Chaos Computer Club Congress a development of OCTO-P7C-1 named Seidenstrasse was collaboratively created.
