Eva Jiricka (cz) was born in 1979 in Prague. Her works are characterized by conceptual thinking within which she oscillates at the edges of various genres and media. The main issue thematised in many of her works is understanding others and entering the spaces of their minds.
Jason Scott is a historian, filmmaker, and public speaker who has spent decades collecting all manner of computer lore, stories, artifacts and knowledge.
Janez Janša is a conceptual artist, performer and producer living in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He is the author of numerous videos, performances, installations, and new media works.
Mogens Jacobsen was born in Rome, Italy, but lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. Initially he studied math and later media science at the University of Copenhagen. In the 90ties he embraced the internet and became one of the pioneers in Danish net.art. In 2001 he left screen-based art and has since mainly been focusing on installations and critical eccentric artifacts. He is a founding member of the Danish art group Artnode.org (1995). Since 2010 he has be teaching at the IT University of Copenhagen.
Since the early 1990s, Doug Ischar (us) has worked in sound, video, and photography. His work has evolved from large-scale multimedia installations to single-channel videos that address issues surrounding gay identity, desire, and loss. Currently an associate professor of photography at the University of Illinois, Chicago, he has exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Photography, Ottawa; Photographers Gallery, London; L.A.C.E., Los Angeles; and Museu de Arte Moderna, São Paulo. INTK is interdisciplinary group of artists, designers and software developers that research and develop critical interventions that reflect on art, technology and society. The projects developed by INTK often involve open source culture with a critical view on communities. INTK work has been shown in several art festivals and institutions such as V2_: Institute for Unstable Media, Piet Zwart Institute both in Rotterdam (NL), Arnolfini in Bristol (UK), LABoral in Gijon (ES) and STUK in Leuven (BE).
